Mortgage Brokers
If you are planning on working
for a mortgage broker, we suggest you check to see if they are
licensed in the State of Washington. If a mortgage broker is not
licensed or affiliated with a bank, then they are operating illegally
within this state and there are no consumer or third-party protections.
